Holy Fruits Juice Press in the Wakefield section of the Bronx managed to open their doors earlier this week despite the coronavirus pandemic.

Owner Errole Morgan, known as Dr. Juice, says food can heal the human body. He encourages those suffering from stress to stop by his juice bar to get some relief.

"This juice bar is special. If you're stressed you come here, we have stress relief. If you nervous you come here, we have things for your nerves. You have a headache you come here, we have things for your headache," says Morgan.

He says he felt it was important that the community had access to wholesome food during the recent difficult times.

"We not really thinking of the money part of it. Our thing is the basic needs for the community and for the people," says Morgan. "You know when you get sick and go to the doctor, the first thing they tell you is fruits vegetables, so we have it here."
