Island Pops has been serving up ice cream, ice pops and sorbets - all with natural ingredients sourced locally or directly from the Caribbean - for the last five years.

Shelly Marshall and her husband opened the shop in 2015, basing their recipes off their memories of growing up in the Caribbean, including some boozy flavors for adults.

Island Pops expanded deliveries to Queens, Staten Island, the Bronx, Long Island and New Jersey during the pandemic.

Island Pops is open seven days a week and is still offering delivery.
