This morning, The New Normal show is focusing on the long term side effects of COVID-19.
A growing number of the 4 million U.S. COVID-19 patients say they can't shake symptoms, and those symptoms vary greatly from person to person.
Ranging from fatigue to serious respiratory or neurological problems. Patients say they are still experiencing these problems often for months after their diagnosis.
These patients have given themselves the nickname - long-haulers.
A new COVID-19 "long-haulers" report shows people are experiencing nearly 100 symptoms for more than 100 days.
News 12's Elizabeth Hashagen was joined by Dr. Natalie Lambert and COVID-19 survivor Diana Berrent.
