Today is Juneteenth and the day is being observed as a federal holiday for a third year.




That means all U.S. Post Offices will be closed, and there will be no regular mail delivery. However, UPS pickup and delivery services will be available, and all FedEx services will be open.

           

Most banks will close for Juneteenth, but ATMs and ATM branches will still be operating normally.

           

All New York state and nonessential federal offices will be closed. All state-run DMV offices are closed.

And all federal courthouses and New York courts will be closed.
