Flyers with hateful messages were found in different places in Woodlawn Thursday.
The flyer promoted white supremacy and a new group encouraging people to demonstrate their "white strength" on Katonah Avenue.
Assemblyman Jeffrey Dinowitz says he got calls about the fliers found at Healy Field, Nursery Road and the Woodlawn Dog Run. All of the locations are along Van Cortlandt Park East.
Many were concerned about the message, while others say they think nothing will come of it.
Others also announced plans to protest the message in the near future.
Dinowitz says the political climate and President Trump calling himself a nationalist does not help.
