- This morning feels brutal. The combination of a sharp arctic airmass and blustery winds brings a stinging cold feeling to any exposed skin. Scarfs, gloves and heavy winter coats are recommended. Wake-up wind chills are in the low- to mid-20s.
- A few windy flurries are possible after 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. today. It is not expected to accumulate or stick, but it will bring a festive feel to the city. Brief low visibility is possible. Stay alert and weather aware.
