The weather improves this afternoon with mostly sunny skies. It will be breezy with some wind gusts near 30 mph. Highs will be near 39 degrees. Partly cloudy overnight with lows in the 20s. Watch out for black ice.

Dry weather with sunshine and temperatures in the 30s from Thursday through Saturday. We need to watch for melting snow and ice during the day and refreeze at night with temperatures in the teens and 20s.
