The Gateway Tunnel Project is officially back on.
Construction resumed on Tuesday, according to the project’s commission.

Work on the project stopped at the beginning of the month after the Trump administration cut off the funding, furloughing 1,000 workers.
A federal appeals court ruling forced Washington to release the funding, which was sent last week.
