Gifting happening right now. We had the Rockefeller Tree lighting. I hope I feel like we are officially officially in the holiday season. Now, you know, after Thanksgiving, it's basically Mariah Carey season. So Thanksgiving was great and now we're counting down to some holidays coming up. So Hanukkah eight days away, Thursday, December 7th Christmas 26 days away on Monday, December 25th and New Year's Day, 33 days away on Monday, January 1st. So that's something that we can look forward to as well as these temperatures going back up one more cold night. And then we see the temperatures recovering into the upper forties, low fifties, even taking us into the weekend and beyond. But it does come with some wet weather that is going to start pushing through our area Friday afternoon and even into the evening, catching a break on Saturday before more wet weather moves into our area Sunday into Monday. So let's time it out on your futurecast tomorrow. A beautiful day, sunshine all day long clouds start to move in for the second half of the day and that is ahead of the storm system that is going to give us some rain. It is going to start pushing through our area after three P ma few scattered showers could be steady at times then out of here 7:08 p.m. no need to concern yourself about again. It is just going to be a fast moving storm. In terms of Saturday, it is going to start off with a little bit of sunshine before some clouds filter. It still going to remain dry, limited sunshine but temperatures low to mid 50 s after that, we're tracking some wet weather for Sunday night into Monday. But look at those temperatures. Big changes for the Yankees as they hope to end the season. On a high note. Let's hope news. 12 sports director Pat o'keefe has that and more. At the end of this disappointing season, the Yankees hope that a new era is upon the beginning Friday when they are expected to call up top prospects, Jason Dominguez and Austin Wells for their major league debuts. Meanwhile Horace Manum Harrison Bader is no longer a Yankee before Thursday's game. He was claimed off waivers by the Cincinnati Reds Yanks going for a four game sweep of the Tigers down three down to their final out in the ninth. Anthony Volpe hits a three run home run to tie the game. His 20 th homer, 20 home runs, 20 steals as a rookie 10th inning, two runners on Yanks looking for the inning ending double play. Glaber Torres throws the ball away winning run scores on the error. It's been that kind of year for the Yankees with kids returning to school next week. Mets all star shortstop Francisco Lindor helping some students get off on the right foot. Lindo and his family distributed 250 backpacks filled with school supplies to help students at Tommy, a school get ready for the New Year. Lindo says that at one point growing up, he was one of those students who needed some help with supplies and that it's important for him to pay it forward. There were times I showed up to school, I have everything that, um, that I needed for that semester. Uh, so to be able to bless others and to start the year on the right foot, uh, is very important.
