A 19-year-old was rushed to the hospital after shots rang out in Belmont.
Police say the teen was shot in the leg on East 185th Street Wednesday.
One woman says she was in her apartment with her family when she heard 11 gunshots outside.
Cops say no arrests have been made, and the shooting is still under investigation.
