2 injured in accident on Cross Bronx Expressway
Two people were injured in a car accident on the Cross Bronx Expressway Wednesday afternoon.
The accident occurred just before 3 p.m. near the University Avenue overpass.
A photo from a witness of the accident shows the hood and trunk of the white car smashed.
The two people who were injured were taken to St. Barnabas Hospital and are expected to be OK, according to first responders.
