A man is in serious condition after two people were shot in the Bronx.
It happened Tuesday around 9 p.m. on Elsmere Place in East Tremont.
Police say a 21-year-old man was shot in the neck, and a 48-year-old woman was shot in the leg.
Both victims were transported to St. Barnabas Hospital.
Police say no arrests have been made, and they are still investigating.
