A 21-year-old man is recovering in the hospital after being shot in Norwood overnight.
According to police, the victim was hit in the right shoulder on Hull Avenue, near East 209th Street, at around 1 a.m.
He was rushed to Montefiore Medical Center where he is listed in stable condition.
Neighbors say the victim, whose identity has not yet been released, was smoking a cigarette outside of his home at the time of the shooting.
