Police say a man wanted for robbing elderly women in the Bronx has turned himself in.
Police say 26-year-old Gilrael Ruperto attacked at least three different woman in their apartment buildings before stealing their bags or purses and running off.
Police say in one of the most recent attacks, Ruperto sprayed pepper spray into his victim's face, then pushed her down.
Officials say Ruperto turned himself into the 40th Precinct and is now facing robbery charges.
