A 26-year-old man is in serious condition after he was shot in the back, according to emergency officials.
It happened on St. Lawrence Avenue around 5:30 p.m. Sunday.
Officials say the man was transported to Jacobi Medical Center.
They say no arrests have been made and officials are still investigating.
