Two men selling iPhones through the app 'OfferUp' were robbed, beaten and carjacked by their potential customers in the Bronx, police say.
The incident happened Monday around 3 p.m. outside of Olmstead and Lacombe Avenues.
Police say at least three men were caught on surveillance video waiting in a building lobby for the two victims to show up.
When the victims arrived with the phones, police say the men assaulted them, ripped them from their car and drove off with it and the six iPhones the men were selling.
The car was later found abandoned on Randall Avenue.
Police say the two victims are OK.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
