A 31-year-old man was shot to death outside the Mill Brook Houses, police say.
It happened around 11:45 p.m. Monday in front of 165 St. Ann's Ave. in Mott Haven.
Police say 31-year-old Jaquan Lawrence, who lived inside the NYCHA complex, was shot in the head and pronounced dead at the scene.
