Gov. Andrew Cuomo says more subway stations throughout the city will be getting Wi-Fi and cellphone service.
He says 40 stations in Manhattan and Queens will receive the service.
As of now, subway stations in the Bronx are still without Wi-Fi or cellphone service.
There is a plan to have service in all underground stations by 2017.
