Arrest made in connection to fatal shooting of 62-year-old man who was walking his dog

An arrest was made Tuesday in connection to the shooting of 62-year-old Michael Sully, who was killed while walking his dog.
Councilmember Justin Brannan commended the 68th Precinct in a tweet and the Brooklyn South Detective Squad for their work in apprehending the suspect.

Police say Sully was walking his dog around 6:50 a.m. Monday outside his house on 74th Street near Bay Ridge Parkway when he got into a dispute with another man--who then shot him multiple times.
Officials say he was rushed to the hospital with wounds to his head and shoulders, and he was pronounced dead there.
Longtime friends tell News 12 they were in disbelief when hearing about his death.
