One Bronx woman whose life was saved thanks to a heart transplant was encouraging others today to sign up as organ donors.
Roxanne Watson along with her surgeon were at the Bronx Heart Symposium at Montefiore Medical Center.
Watson received her new heart in 2010.
She says she was in the hospital 178 days before she received her life changing new heart.
