A 76-year-old Bronx woman with Alzheimer's disease reunited with her family less than a day after she wandered off from a Bronx Chuck E. Cheese's.
Angela Alequin's family says a good Samaritan recognized her on 125th Street in Harlem.
Alequin was with her daughter and grandchildren at the Gateway Mall Chuck E. Cheese's when she disappeared around 4 p.m. Tuesday.
The mall allowed family members to review surveillance video, and they spotted the 76-year-old woman exiting and walking toward the nearby Home Depot before she moved out of the cameras' field of view.
Alequin's relatives raised the alarm on social media and posted fliers showing her image.
The family says she's doing OK.
