Charges dropped in DJ's hit-and-run death
A day after a man surrendered to police in connection with the fatal hit-and-run accident that killed radio DJ Jinx Paul, police dropped the charges against him.
As News 12 has reported, Jinx Paul, whose real name was Jean Paul Guerrero, was struck and killed after leaving a performance at a Brooklyn club Monday.
Police initially charged Kevin Ozoria in connection with the crime after he had the windshield fixed on the car reportedly involved in the crash. But witnesses say they saw a woman exit the driver's door after the incident.
It's unclear whether police have more information on the woman or a new suspect.
