A city program is helping to give kids an opportunity to learn how to play tennis for free.
Twin sisters, Milly and Mercy Ortiz, have been playing tennis since the age of five.
Now, a little bit older, and with a better back swing, the girls take the game a little more seriously.
They both practice at the Cary Leeds Center in Crotona Park. The center has paired up with the New York Junior Tennis and Learning program, a city program to help introduce kids to tennis free of charge.
The girls recently made it onto the intensive training team through the program, which will prepare them to play competitively at the high school, collegiate and even professional levels.
It's just one of the free youth tennis programs NYJTL hosts across the five boroughs.
The girls will train through the program with the hopes of one day making it to the pros.
