Park-goers discovered a dead body in the Bronx River at Soundview Park Wednesday evening.
Police say they received a call reporting the body at around 6 p.m. Witnesses say the body was discovered by two teenagers.
Police pulled out the body of a man believed to be in his 20s.
The cause of death has not yet been determined.
