Police say the death of a building superintendent in Tremont has been reclassified as a homicide.
As News 12 reported, the body of 45-year-old Israel Ramos-Lopez was found in his apartment at 22-75 Morris Ave. Monday morning.
Ramos, who worked at the building for 20 years, lived in the same building but a different apartment from his wife and stepson. The stepson told News 12 that he was informed Sunday night that his stepfather was having an argument with his roommate after a night of heavy drinking.
