A Chinese food delivery man was robbed and attacked by three men in the Bronx.
It happened on Dec. 28, in the lobby of 2735 Marion Ave.
Police say the 52-year-old victim was approached by the three suspects who stole $32 worth of Chinese food and $50 from the victim's pockets before punching and kicking the man.
The man refused medical treatment at the scene.
