A Disney princess graced the halls of St. Barnabas Hospital Wednesday to give the children a magical experience.

Kylee McGrane, dressed as Elsa from "Frozen," surprised the sick children to put a smile on their faces.

McGrane is the founder and executive director of A Moment of Magic, an organization that visits hospitals across the country year-round.

She says the volunteers are mostly college students who spend time after class visiting the children in the hospitals.
