Several people are recovering after a fire broke out early Monday morning in East New York.
The fire broke out inside a three-story building on Pitkin Avenue just after 1 a.m.
FDNY officials say it took more than 70 firefighters to get it under control. News 12 is told that six people were injured, including two firefighters.
News 12 is told one of the victims is a young boy around 4 to 5 years old who suffered burns and is now at Cornell Hospital being treated.
This building now has a vacate order. The Fire Marshal is investigating what caused this fire.
