Authorities say that a 911 call led them to discover a man believed to be in his 40s or 50s in need of medical assistance at a building on the corner of East 136th Street and Willow Avenue around 9:20 a.m. on Sunday morning.

Police say it is unclear exactly how or where he fell. He has been taken to an area hospital in unknown condition.
