This week’s Food Truck Friday guest is Jammin’ Crêpes, based in Princeton, New Jersey.

Launched in 2011 at the West Windsor Community Farmers Market, Jammin’ Crêpes has since grown from one simple food truck to include a brick and mortar location on Nassau Street in Princeton.

Jammin’ Crêpes’ primary focus is made-to-order sweet and savory crêpes filled with seasonal produce and ingredients from regional farms and food artisans, supplemented by Fair Trade and organic ingredients whenever possible.

The eatery and food truck’s menu changes seasonally as local ingredients are at their peak of freshness and highlight a selection of their own micro-batch artisanal jams and condiments.
