A number of Bronx residents are giving back in a big way as part of Giving Tuesday.
Students and faculty at Hostos Community College were raising money Tuesday for the school's tuition assistance program.
The goal is to help those in need continue classes despite financial insecurity.
College President David Gomez says the school was approaching $50,000 in raised funds.
