The Hutchinson Metro Center is causing traffic headaches in Morris Park.

Some residents say the center is a blessing and a curse, as they enjoy what's offered there despite getting in and out being a nightmare.

Traffic is an issue that's been brought up by Joseph McManus, of Community Board 11, since the Metro Center's inception. Over the years, working with the Department of Transportation, the community board has implemented things like traffic lights and bus stops to ease traffic, but McManus says an exit off the Hutchinson River Parkway would help even more.

The DOT tells News 12 that it is working with several agencies to finalize its traffic study, which should be completed in the next few months.
