After 2,800 subpoenas, 500 search warrants and 500 witness interviews, the Mueller report is complete, and Long Island residents have a lot to say about it.
Attorney General William Barr's summary of the report says investigators didn't find that the president or his campaign were involved in collusion with Russia to influence the 2016 election.
Some Long Island residents News 12 spoke to said they were just happy that the investigation is over, while others said they didn’t trust the report’s findings.
News 12 asked Republican political analyst Mike Dawidziak to address a sentence of the report summary - a direct quote from Special Counsel Robert Mueller pertaining to the obstruction of justice part of the investigation: “While this report does not conclude that the president committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him."

"I think what Mueller is doing is saying look, 'I can't exonerate him on that completely so I don't want this report to be misinterpreted that I am,'” said Dawidziak.

Some people News 12 spoke praised Mueller. who has said nothing publicly throughout the course of the two-year investigation.
