“Love and Hip Hop” star Brittney Taylor was back in court in Manhattan on Wednesday.

This is her latest appearance since her arrest in June. Taylor is accused of assaulting a woman at a Manhattan apartment.

Taylor first made headlines earlier this year when she accused rapper Remy Ma of punching her in the face.

However, in this case, Taylor's lawyers say in six months this incident will be wiped from her record.

"I just want to thank the judge. I'm really happy with his decision today. I'm just ready to go on with my life," said Taylor.

Taylor's attorneys told News 12 she will not have to return to court for this case. In regards to the Remy Ma case, they say Taylor will continue to cooperate with the prosecutors.
