Man accused of dragging officer with car, fleeing in Franklin Square

A Freeport man is accused of dragging a police officer with his vehicle.
According to police, Victor Natal, 40, was arguing with another driver on Saturday night in the middle of Hempstead Turnpike in Franklin Square.
Police say when an officer walked up and told Natal to step out of his car, Natal drove off.
The officer was dragged several feet and hurt his knee and elbow.
Natal was arrested after fleeing and striking three vehicles.
