A man is in critical condition after being shot in the neck in Mount Eden Saturday.
The 23-year-old victim was inside his apartment at 1420 Grand Concourse at the time, police say.
He was rushed to Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center in serious condition.
Police closed the area as they investigated.
Police say no arrests have been made, but News 12 did see two officers escort a man out of the building wearing zip ties around his wrists.
