The man accused of killing his 4-year-old son and the child's mother is expected back in court today.
Police say Isaac Duran Infante, 23, was charged with first and second degree murder after admitting to have strangled Miguel and Felicia Barahona in their Hamilton Heights apartment.
According to police, Infante fathered the child during an affair with Barahona back in 2012 while she was his teacher at Dewitt Clinton High School in the Bronx.
