Natalia Niedzwiedzka is raising awareness about alopecia areata, an autoimmune disease that affects 6.8 million people in the United States.
Niedzwiedzka, who is just 7 years old, says she wants people to know that "bald is beautiful."
Her alopecia started last year when her once-thick hair began coming out in clumps.
Doctors diagnosed her with alopecia areata and she turned to hats to cover her hair loss.
Niedzwiedzka says losing her hair wasn't even the hardest part. It was the way people looked at her.
"The hardest thing is listening to people say are you a boy are you a girl," says Niedzwiedzka.
So she and her mom had an idea.
With their clothing line, they're spreading awareness using their slogan, "Bald is Beauty."
They say that makes them a step closer to changing how people see beauty. Her mom says it is also step closer toward Niedzwiedzka embracing herself.
