Mount Hope Garden gets new look, new equipment in $5M overhaul
A Mount Hope Garden, once branded the worst park in New York City and closed for years, officially reopened Wednesday after undergoing a $5 million renovation.

A Mount Hope Garden, once branded the worst park in New York City and closed for years, officially reopened Wednesday after undergoing a $5 million renovation.
The money went toward turning Mount Hope Garden into a safe and fun place for kids to enjoy.
It now has a brand-new playground, swing set and spray shower for hot summer days.
Funds were also used to correct issues with a retaining wall.
The project was two years in the making.
