MTA to install video feedback cameras for commuters
The MTA says it will be installing video feedback cameras to get commuters into the board room.
Officials say that straphangers will soon find cameras at four transit stations so that they can voice their opinions during their regular commutes. The footage and transcripts will then be made available to board members who will vote in December on another fare hike.
Any commuters who can't find a camera, or who prefer to comment in person, can attend a public hearing at Hostos Community College on Nov. 13.
