Cashless tolling on the Throgs Neck Bridge is moving to its next phase at the end of the week, MTA officials say.
The work zone will shift from the center lanes to the right side of the southbound lanes as workers continue to remove toll booths.
The MTA says cashless tolling is expected to save commuters up to 21 hours of driving time a year.
Work began on July 8 and is expected to end in August.
