Do you dread your commute?
A new study published by Geotab finds it takes longer to get to work in New York City than any other American large city.
Workers overall spend an average of 43 minutes commuting in the city.
When broken down, it takes about 53 minutes to commute by public transit and 40 minutes by car.
Only 4% of New Yorkers can get to work within half an hour.
The students looked at the 20 largest cities in the country.
Washington, D.C. had the lengthiest car commute, while it takes 54 minutes on average to commute by public transportation in Los Angeles.
San Diego has the shortest overall average commute of just 26 minutes.
