A new speed bump is in place in a part of Throgs Neck notorious for speeding cars.
The Department of Transportation completed the installation on Calhoun Avenue Wednesday.
The goal is to slow down drivers who are known for speeding on and off the Cross Bronx Expressway.
The project included a new road sign telling drivers to limit speed to 20 mph.
