New York Attorney General Erin Schneiderman calls sports betting websites illegal
The New York State Attorney General has dealt another blow to fantasy sports betting websites, calling on the pages to stop taking bets from people in New York. 
Eric Schneiderman says websites like Draft Kings and Fan Duel are illegally practicing in New York and falsely advertising the idea that the winnings are based on skill. 
Fan Duel says its games are legal, and Draft Kings says it is considering legal action against Schneiderman.
