The New York Yankees are thinking about active duty military members this Veterans Day by sending more than 5,000 care packages overseas.
The Yankees and other organizations hosted volunteers to put together "Big Apple Packs" for active duty service members around the world.
Troops are expected to receive the care packages just in time for the holidays.
