Body camera footage has been released in a police-involved shooting that claimed the life of a 31-year-old man.
Allan Feliz was pulled over for not wearing his seat belt on East 211th Street and Bainbridge Avenue on Oct. 17.
Officials say Feliz had three open warrants. Police say officers used a Taser on him when he began to resist arrest.
The video shows Feliz refusing to put his car in park. An officer is then seen pulling out a stun gun and a few seconds later, Feliz was shot.
In a new statement, the family's lawyer says, "At the present time the family has no comment other than that we believe justice will prevail for our fallen beloved son, brother, father and friend Allen Feliz."
