NY attorney general to probe deadly shooting by off-duty officer
The New York attorney general is now investigating Monday's deadly shooting by an off-duty police officer in Brooklyn. 
The off-duty NYPD officer is calling it a road rage incident. 
According to police, the officer was driving his personal vehicle Monday morning when he was involved in a traffic dispute with 37-year-old Delrawn Small.
Police say Small got out of his car at a red light and began punching the officer through an open window.
The officer responded by shooting Small.
