The NYPD says a man was fatally shot outside of a funeral home in Cypress Hills. 

Tyrone Johnson, 40, was shot just after 7 p.m. outside of Grace Funeral Chapels, located on Conduit Boulevard, according to police. They say he suffered a gunshot wound to the torso before he was transported to Jamaica Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.  

There are no arrests, and the investigation remains ongoing at this time.
