Parents and children in Norwood came out to protest against what they say is a lack of services at the Mosholu Library.
Since September, the branch has been down two librarians, which has resulted in a lack of programs and services.
Officials from the New York Public Library says they have started the process to hire replacements. They explained that librarians need pass an extensive background check since they are working with children.
Officials say they will have those two replacements by the end of December.
