Pedestrian struck on Webster Ave.
A pedestrian was struck by a car on Webster Avenue Tuesday afternoon, according to witnesses.
They say that a female driver turned left onto Webster from East 167th Street and hit a pole and a female pedestrian at around 3:55 p.m.
Both women have reportedly been taken to Lincoln Hospital in serious but stable condition. A third person was taken to Albert Einstein Hospital, also in serious condition.
News 12 has received unconfirmed reports that a second vehicle was involved in the crash and fled the scene.
News 12 cameras caught two people being taken into custody, but it's unclear if they are connected to the accident.
